James joined YouTube Music in 2019 as a Label Relations Manager for the UK and has led YouTube large scale campaigns with artists such as Ed Sheeran, Central Cee, Arlo Parks & Griff. James has worked on YouTube's emerging artist programs including Artist on the Rise and YouTube Foundry whilst creating data led A&R tools for YouTube to discover new music. Prior to YouTube, James was Head of Label Management for Independent Labels and Artists at ADA and a Label Manager at Absolute Label Services.
