Becci is a compassionate, respected, and creative music business executive with over 20 years’ experience covering diverse business areas such as partnerships, programme development, communications and export.

She is Senior Grants & Programmes Manager at the UK’s leading charitable funder of new music at PRS Foundation, awarding over £3million in grants per year, leading the Grants team and is responsible for partnership and programme strategy placing equity at its core.

Since 2000 PRS Foundation has given more than £44 million to over 8,500 new music initiatives by awarding grants and leading partnership programmes that support music sector development. Widely respected as an adventurous and proactive funding body, PRS Foundation supports an exceptional range of new music activity – through schemes such as PPL Momentum Fund, ISF, Women Make Music, and The Hitmaker Fund.
