Grants and Learning Officer (NextGen Fund Lead) - youth music

Aja has over 3 years of experience working in funding across Youth Music and the PRS Foundation. She is currently the NextGen fund lead at Youth Music supporting our funded 18-25 year olds with delivering their industry projects. She is also responsible for the grant management of all funded organisations in Wales, and our work with Anthem Music Fund Wales. At the PRS Foundation she was Grants Coordinator across Hitmaker, PPL Momentum and Momentum Accelerator and International Showcase Fund. Prior to funding she worked in music events promotion and programming at The Albany and freelance.
